Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request by contacting us. Return any item you've purchased and have not used or worn. You must file Return Request within 30 days of delivery. You will be ask to provide order details and actual photos of the item(s).
  2. Print the return label. After we process your return request we will send you an email containing the return label. Pack the item carefully and apply the label on the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you're responsible for delivering it to us the same condition you received it in. 
  3. Ship to verveleathers.com. Please drop off to your item to any nearest post office or your local postal worker promptly and update us with the tracking number. 
  4. Get your money after we received your returned package.The refund will be processed within 48 hours after we received your package.

Return Condition

  1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging and within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damages, washed, or altered in any way.
  2. We do not accept customised item(s) for return. Example your item has your own name initials, as we can no longer sell it.

Return delivery fee is paid by the buyer.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to love your purchase.

If a product is faulty in any way, then we will redo it. Please send us a message through this LINK quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your product, and we will act fast. A Customer Services representative will explain the process which starts with providing a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem, emailed to our customer care team.

In most cases, remedy action is taken as soon we are clear on the issue via email, usually within in a few hours. If the fault cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection. Please do not send a product back to Verve Leathers without contacting a member of our team first, as we may be able to save you the trouble.

We are determined that you should be a happy customer, and we put in huge efforts to produce the best product we can. If it hasn't happened or if you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern so we can fix it and improve.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

  1. Within 24 hours. We wait 24 hours after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 24 hours, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Our customer service team will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
  2. After 24 hours but within 48 hours. We hand-make every product and personalise it to order, so as soon as we start production of your bespoke items, we have already invested into the ink, leather materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 24 hours of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.
  3. Please CONTACT US if you decide to cancel the order. 

 

ADDITIONAL NOTE

Exchange/Returns/Refunds are NOT allowed when:

  1. The customer provided the wrong address or the wrong name or missed package delivery.
  2. If the item received was wrong and it was the customer's mistake when choosing product at checkout.
