At The Verve Leathers Co. we focus on product quality, great service and a speedy delivery. We make sure the order get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. If you are in the US you will receive your order in 10 work days or less from the date is placed.
Processing Time
It normally takes 3-5 work days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays.

*Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order is placed, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearances procedures or other causes.

Currently Verve Leathers is giving a FREE Express Shipping to all orders in USA and Canada without minimums as a promotion.
Delivery
All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. The Verve Leathers Co. reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-5 business days. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 3-5 business days of ship date depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. The Verve Leathers Co. has no control over shipping carrier delays. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.
Change Order
If you want to change your order please reach out within 24 hours of your order being placed and we will accommodate the change. After 24 hours, it is at our discretion on whether or not the change is possible. Please note, in rare cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
Cancellation Order
We begin work on each order promptly after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must email cs@verveleathers.com within 24 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.
Damaged Item
While it's rare, occasionally your precious leather wallet or bag get damaged in shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your first email so we may help you faster.
